Innisfree Green Tea Seed Range Review

Updated: Apr 13, 2020

Skincare is one of the essentials things in my life. I always invest in good products and focus on enhancing the foundation of my skin. I personally don't like to put makeup very often. I like to keep it natural and hydrated. I feel a well-hydrated skin has its own glow. To achieve that I did try a lot of products and finally have the ultimate list to pamper my skin. Today I will be reviewing the Innisfree Green Tea seed cream and serum. I have been using it regularly for more than a year now. It's one of my amazing finds and you are gonna love it too.

This a very famous Korean beauty product and they tend to sell almost 10-11 bottles per minute around the world, which is pretty amazing. The main ingredient of this range is the Green tea from the Jeju island. Their Green tea product vitality and deep hydration are supplied by the green tea extracts. Green Tea is full of potent antioxidant ECGC which is known for its power in helping to reactivate the skin cells. It keeps your skin looking young, healthy and supple. Also, green tea is known to help reduce inflammation and can protect your skin from UV Radiation from inside out.

A moisturizing & nourishing serum with organic green tea seeds from Jeju Island to fill the skin with suppleness and clarity. Well, I did hear about it a lot and hence thought of giving it a try. And till now I am just stuck with it for good. Having tried the serum for myself, I can confirm that it's highly hydrating and nourishing. It doesn't weigh on your skin and gets quickly absorbed. Its consistency reminds me of a water solution. Its very lightweight. It has a very soft plant-like scent. My skin feels supple, soft and nourished. If you are looking for a serum to apply in the day time, just go for it.

If you are living in a cold country like Nederland where winters are harsh. You might need extra hydration, as the only serum is not enough and hence I use the Innisfree Green Tea Seed Cream as well. I generally use this after cleanser, rosewater and essence but before moisturiser. I layer up serums that have different skincare purposes. I follow the general rule that thinner consistencies go first and thicker ones at last.

For me, this is one of the best hydrating serum and a must-have in your beauty regime.

Deep moisturizing cream infused with pesticide-free Jeju green tea and green tea seed oil that instantly provides intense hydration to replenish the skin with moisture and nutrition. Fresh green tea makes the dry skin moist, and green tea seed oil gives water-retention effects to trap hydration deep in the skin for highly-moisturizing and highly-nourishing care. The texture of this cream is very soft and gel-like but it's thicker than the Innisfree serum but absorbs quickly into the skin. I use it as a face moisturizer after the serums to provide that extra layer.

The packaging of this cream is really cute. it comes in a tub of green colour but it is not that travel-friendly. You just have to apply very little amount and hence goes a long way. I use it mostly as a day cream. I am very impressed with the results. Hydration and anti-ageing are mostly my concerns when it comes to the skin (as my skin-doctor recommends).

The most important thing to remember is that externally you can use what suits you the best. But what you put inside your body is more essential. So focus on eating healthy, staying hydrated and get a good night sleep. That's it for today guys. I hope this Korean skincare will help you take care of your skin.
