SHOWER IN THE MORNING

Shower every morning to freshen up and pay attention to the areas where grime accumulates like neck and skin folds. Use Scrub to clean these areas. Avoid soap as they usually take the moisture out of the body. Body wash will be a better choice. Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a loofah, body brush or scrub (all three are available in most stores that sell beauty products). This will get rid of dead skin cells and expose the soft shiny skin underneath, making you feel rejuvenated. For face use a face scrub.
