Flaunt Ethnic Wear At Work

Fashion has no limits and it does changes every now and then. Things which are now fads and trend might not be even visible after some time. And we all know not everyone can keep up with what's trendy, fashionable and have everything every now and then. Because we all know it's an expensive affair and not everyone has it on their priority list.

If we talk about what to wear to office women are really confused. Those straight cut pants and formal shirts do look smart but for how long can you be plain and simple. You gotta add some colour and style to your collection. And hence I suggest you guys go completely ethnic this season.

Indian attire has gone through so many changes but still persists. But in the world of modernization, they have started featuring quite low on the priority list of the women. But, sadly people do mistake that we can't project a modern and contemporary image with Indian wear. But that's not true.

So why would you limit yourself to wearing these extremely versatile ensembles only for your casual kurta outings, or at the most, for ultra-traditional, formal events? Just the right amount of mixture, colour and accessories and you are ready to win so many hearts.

Kurtas are the safest. Believe me, as you don't have to worry so much about what's trendy. You can just style them anyway, you want. Be it plain or printed, long, short or asymmetrical. If you are a girl who likes to keep it simple then you can opt for straight cut kurtas. If you are more like boho you can play with prints and accessories. But if you are like always experimenting then you can opt-out any kind and have a variety of kurtas in your wardrobe, you can play with colours and trends.

I have always felt this that salwar or wide pants are more comfortable that churidar or body-hugging leggings. Nowadays Cigarette pants, Palazzos and printed Salwars, Patiala are everywhere. You can choose among any kind depending on your body type. I prefer cigarette pants which are not so wide but yet enough to give that en masse look. if you feel salwars are not your type then definitely go for the straight pants or palazzos. The choice is all yours.

Well if you want to go casual then kurtas with jeans is a perfect way for Friday. The short-flared kurtas with ties around them are just gorgeous.

Well for daily wear flats are the best. You can go for Nagras, Jutis or any kind of flats. I have seen in a market slip-on flats with bell work around the belts which can give you an edge. If you want to have a change of events then you can go for blocks heels. They pop out the look even more and they are the smart heels for ethnic wear.

Jhumkas. I think I don't have to say anything more.

At last, makeup or no makeup it's all up to you. As we think of office wear what always comes to mind is shirts and trousers. But why stick to it when we have more alive and colourful options. Go bring out the desi girl in you.
